Terms of service

The service

We turn your garment photos into product images using AI, then check them against your photos. You must be 18 or over to use the service.

Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.

Your photos and rights

You keep all rights in the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our providers, only so we can run the service for you.

You confirm that you own your photos or have permission to use them, and that uploading them breaks no one's rights.

If a photo shows a real person, or you save a real person as a brand model, you confirm you hold that person's signed consent.

The images we make

Once you approve and export an image made with paid credits, you may use it to market and sell your products. Images made on the free trial carry a watermark.

Models in the images are AI-generated. You may not present them as real people or suggest a real person endorses your product.

AI output can contain errors. We check colour and motifs and paste real fabric back in where we can, but no check is perfect. Always compare an image with your garment before you approve it. You are responsible for your listings being accurate and for following each marketplace's rules, including any rule on AI-generated images.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything illegal or misleading, to copy another brand's designs or trademarks, to make sexual content or images of real people without consent, or to harm the service or try to get around its watermarks, limits or security.

Images of children's clothing must be for genuine product listings only.

Credits and payment

New stores get 5 free trial credits, once per store. Paid credits are sold in packs at the prices shown when you buy. Prices are in Indian rupees, and any tax due is shown at checkout.

Credits are held when a batch starts and charged when you approve an image. An image that passes our checks and is left unreviewed for 7 days is charged automatically, after a reminder.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or add features. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you first.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to hello@clothingstudio.app. Export your images first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Limits on liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, returns or marketplace penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your photos or your use of the images.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction. Questions go to hello@clothingstudio.app. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
