Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details: your email address, your store name, and your phone number if you give it.

Billing details: the billing name, address, state and GSTIN you enter, and a record of your payments. Razorpay handles your card, UPI and bank details. We do not see or store them.

Your content: garment photos you upload, the images we make from them, your settings, and anything you type into the app.

Usage and technical data: what you do in the app, credit use, IP address, browser type, and error logs.

Why we use it

To sign you in, make and check your images, take payment, send receipts, and send the emails the service needs, such as sign-in codes and low-credit alerts.

To keep the service secure, stop misuse, fix faults and meet our legal duties.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not show your images in our marketing unless you agree.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that run the service, and only what they need: OpenAI (reads your garment photos and makes images), Cloudflare (file storage), Razorpay (payments), E2E Networks (servers in India), and our email provider.

OpenAI and some other providers may process data outside India, including in the United States.

We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

Marks in your images

Previews carry a visible watermark and an invisible mark that links an image to your store. This protects unapproved images and helps us trace leaks. Images made on the free trial keep a visible watermark when exported.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect your account. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data and images while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records. Backups are removed within 14 days after that.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or name someone to act for you. Write to hello@clothingstudio.app. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service.

If you have a complaint, write to our grievance contact at the same address. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security and children

We protect data with encrypted connections, access controls and backups. No service is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the authorities about a breach as the law requires.

The service is for businesses and people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
